- 4-5oz Chicken breast
- some {greens} - usually spring mix with spinach
- some {oranges} - either carrots or sweet potatos
- 1 Avocado, small
- some Frozen Berries
- {dressing}
- Italy: Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Feta cheese
- Asia: Sesame Oil, Rice Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Honey, Ginger
- America: Olive Oil, Apple Cider Vinegar, Dijon Mustard, Maple Syrup
STEPS
- Drizzle Chicken with some Salt, Pepper, and Olive Oil
- Grill the Chicken over med-high heat in a skillet
- Fill a bowl with {greens}, {oranges}, Berries, and Avocado
- Add Chicken to bowl
- Top with {dressing}
