Algorithm

  1. Soak Cashews in water for 30 min
  2. Prep Habaneros, Yellow Bell Pepper, Garlic, Onion
  3. Saute Olive Oil, Onion, Garlic until softened
  4. Add Habaneros, Yellow Bell Pepper
  5. Add White Vinegar, Apple Cider Vinegar, Maple Syrup, Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, Mustard Powder, Turmeric Powder
  6. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer, simmer for 30-45 min (longer is less spicy)
  7. Taste and adjust for seasoning
  8. Blend in a food processor/blender
  9. Pour into sauce jars
